DC folk like to use the term “inside baseball” to refer to the wonkish details that make this town tick. The term has an elitist acceptation that stems from the fact that DC folk tend to think that only Washingtonians care about these details.
DC4SF was created to deliver these details outside of the beltway and back to SF, by DC transplants who hail from The City. The hope is that the authors can use their background to bring home the news that matters most to San Franciscans.
That being said, we realize how easy it is to lose perspective here in The District, so please leave us feedback so that we can give you more of what you want.
